Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Returns are Paid)

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, with tags and in original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchange The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal In addition to the above, if the item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 14 days for any reason and without specifying a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unopened, with tags and in original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If the refund is approved, your money will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary.
